14 Day Return Policy

At Rooted Cowgirl Boutique, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within  14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

   - Sale or clearance items
   - Gift cards
   - Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear)
   - Custom or personalized items

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4. Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team in store or at 816-728-0480 within the 14-day window. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item.

5. Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
